THETA Corporation (Head Office: Nakano Ward, Tokyo; President Masahiko Suzuki; hereinafter, "THETA") has added VR content to EINYME (https://einy.me/), a high-quality VR video delivery platform optimized for live-action videos developed jointly with iid, Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Miyakawa, hereinafter, "iid"). The VR video was created with a camera system (patent pending) developed by THETA.
EINYME is a platform for delivering live-action VR content optimized for featuring idols, pinup models, voice actresses, etc. With an HMD (head-mounted display), the viewer can experience a variety of unreal and exciting things in the video's VR space.
This latest content was shot with two high-resolution (4K) cameras equipped with high-sensitivity sensors. They can be adjusted to accurately reproduce the human eyes' stereoscopic vision. The microphone recording 3D audio also takes the quality and virtual experience of the video to a much higher level than wih previous videos.
Various technical problems can occur with shooting prolonged live-action videos. Running out of power, changing the storage media, overheating cameras, etc. They can disrupt the shooting process.
To resolve these technical problems, THETA has developed and invented its own custom camera equipment (patent pending) to enable prolonged shooting.

Our custom camera equipment enables us to have multiple shooting crews working smoothly in a variety of shooting locations. We are able to mass-produce high-quality, live-action VR videos on a practical level.
Both companies will add more high-quality VR video content to EINYME for delivery on major platforms in Japan and overseas.
